We would like to thank the team at Essendon Mazda for making the experience of purchasing our new Mazda CX3 for my wife Josie, a wonderful experience. In particular our thanks and praise to Richard Disipio for his friendliness, honesty and integrity during the buying process. We would normally have attended at a number of other dealerships before buying but we felt so comfortable with Richard that this was honestly our first and last stop when purchasing the CX3. However it didn't end there. Laura Panzarino made Josie feel like a queen when picking up the car. Her knowledge, friendliness and patience was absolutely first class. There have been a couple of follow up calls with Laura since and she has been of wonderful assistance to Josie.
