Easy access from start to finish at Questacon. We had Twin Granddaughters in a wide pram.
A bonus was it was half price month, only cost us 25! Children under 4 are free!
The information desk is in line of entrance so first timers would mistake for ticket sales, the ticket desk is on the far right. Lockers are available for storage and toilets are located beside them.
Straight away our 8 month olds spotted a large ribbon towards the ceiling being propelled around, they were mesmerised. Up the ramp we went adding to the fun and fitness (there is a lift available). Music played a theme which is a wonderful learning tool for young and old, a voice changing device had my husband and I in stitches.
Each floor holds too many learning, creative, colourful ideas and hands on tools to describe, but we were all in awe wherever we looked.
The favourite of the visit with the babies was water play, a smock and high chair is provided and a young, very friendly team member on standby. Much splashes, giggles and fun with water play was had.
We are going to keep returning to Questacon, the learning aspect is phenomenal as well as the wonderful feeling we had when we left.
The cafe is under going refurbishment and will re-open in early May. A pop-up cafe had good Coffee, rolls, sandwiches and cakes. Having been to the Portrait Gallery and experiencing home made style, absolutely delicious food has us spoilt. Hoping new cafe matches the amazingness of Questacon.
We came away from Questacon smiling, talking and with sleeping babies.
