In general, we were satisfied with the stay at this hotel

Sea. The biggest plus for me was a good entry into the sea and the opportunity to snorkel and see fish not far from the shore. Children are delighted with the sandy beach.

Pools. Pool lovers will also appreciate this hotel. There are several swimming pools on the territory - both calm and party ones with active animation and music. On the roof of one of the buildings there is a lounge area with swimming pools for adults only. There is a lazy river on the territory of the hotel, where you can relax on a tube for 40 minutes, sailing with the flow.

Slides. For adults 4 slides, incl. slide-toilet. For children - a pirate ship

Nutrition. Nothing fancy, but the food is of high quality and well prepared.

A la carte restaurants. About nothing. There are 3 with a free one-time visit. Visited Pallappa and Sky restaraunt - not impressed at all

Animation. Good. Luxurious kids club. For adults - stretching, belly dancing, water aerobics and various games: darts, etc.

Evening shows. Boring. Liked only belly dance and tanura. Well, Mister Hotel amused.

Hookahs - Just awful, it is not clear what they put there instead of tobacco. Really a shame. Such awful shisha has never been smoked anywhere before.

Guest Relation. I would like to personally thank Leysan for helping to find my child's sneakers forgotten in the lobby. 2-day visits to the reception with attempts to find sneakers were unsuccessful, I was afraid that the child would return to the cold Ukraine in summer crocs, but Leysan saved us. And the lost property office in the hotel is clearly a problem.

Rooms. This was the main disappointment with the hotel. On the tour we had a Superior room listed. At the reception they paid extra for a normal view, but ... the room itself is just gloom. Cramped, not thought out, with a scanty balcony. The entrance to the toilet is right next to the bed. We could not figure out where to put another baby bed there. In parallel with us, a girl and her daughter were also settled in Superrior (no surcharges) - with a view of the road and shabby old furniture. She was for the first time in Egypt and when she saw the room she wanted to leave it as soon as possible) It was 12 o'clock in the morning, but my husband was simply enraged by the situation and went to sort it out at the reception, as a result, for a surcharge, we were transferred to a 2-room Suite and life immediately improved ... No questions asked, this room was great.

Staff. German management can be felt here. All well-mannered, well-trained, without any "Hey, beautiful, you're married."

Cleaning. The rooms were not cleaned very well, but overall the hotel area is perfectly clean.
