I can't believe one of the world's most innovative...

I can't believe one of the world's most innovative companies has such abysmal customer service. I was given misinformation regarding the repair of my iPhone on my first visit to Apple, which snowballed into a horrendous mess. Apple did not take responsibility for this poor information. Moreover, the manager who asked me to follow up with her via phone was gone for an hour and a half during the period of time she specifically asked me to call her. When I tried to connect with another manager, I was left on hold for 16 minutes before my call was disconnected.

Apple might make some nice products, but the lack of support for them and the dearth of customer care prevent me from buying their products again. I hope I like my Droid.
