Despite making a reservation months in advance, we ended up paying more than if we just booked it right before going, so we were already a little dismayed by that. But when we got there, we were "greeted" at the front desk by Kory, who was extremely rude and unpleasant, and who seemed bothered by our mere presence. The rest of our stay was a mixed bag of good and bad customer service. Sometimes the valet was like "I guess I'll do that" and sometimes they were really nice. Sometimes the front desk was really helpful, not everyone's a Kory. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom faucet confounding, all in all this is just ok.
