Both times I've been to Nalley Ford for service I've had issues. The first time it took almost 4 hours for an oil change, even though I had an appt. and they tried to tell me my battery needed replacing. Checked it myself when I got home and there is nothing wrong with it. Second visit for warranty/recall work I just left it all day with them. Warranty work seems ok but the tire patch wasn't complete. I noticed the plug wasn't clipped before getting out of the parking lot. Nothing life threatening but sloppy work which makes me question the quality of their work in general. I was also told I needed all sorts of work: transmission flushing, fuel induction service, fuel injector cleaning and a new drive belt. Guess what didn't show it needed replacing - the battery! My Explorer only has 30k miles on it so I find it hard to believe any of this really needs to be done. I won't be going back. Everyone is nice (which is what gets the 2 stars) but that doesn't make up for lack of quality service and the sense that they like to dupe people into services they don't need. Prime example of why people don't trust car dealers.
