We moved into an apartment of this agency in September 2019, during the inventory we discovered a water damage that was not there during the visit.

We had to have a cellar, which would have been practical to be able to position our cartons of clothes which we cannot install because of water damage in the room. However no key, nobody knows we are the keys, we had to wait more than a month to have an intervention to make new keys. Of course we had to harass the manager who is never present. And who of course never responds to emails.

Regarding the water damage, we are in May 2020, 8 months have passed since our arrival and still nothing, we live in a housing which cannot be exploited as it should be. Our clothes are in cardboard boxes never seen before. And of course, despite the numerous calls and reminders, the manager plays dead.

So we had to hire a lawyer to seize the case, which is fair enough for a real estate group of this size.

Flee from this agency, they are only there to pocket the rent, but do nothing for the tenants if you have a problem.
The switchboard operators who deal with apartment visits are rude and hang up on you. It had a bit of a drag on us at the start when we were searching but the apartment interested us and we were in a hurry to find an apartment.

Like what the first impression is often the right one, you just have to see the reviews. They are all bad with a poor rating.

I will not hesitate to get the message across on social networks, and by all means to the most people to avoid this agency.
