I had my new upgraded Smith Thompson Home Security installed and the guy installing was great but also the customer service the day I called to set it up. I originally called another alarm company who would not tell me the breakdown of what I was going to be charged $1600 for and I would be locked in to paying for 5 years. I called Smith Thompson and for the same equipment I am saving over $1000 and my monthly service fee is $60 cheaper. I have used Smith Thompson before so I know that cheaper does not mean cheap service or equipment. Smith Thompson's customer services is prompt and friendly. My installer Mike Aman is very knowledgeable, friendly and he wore a mask for our safety and his. I am a very satisfied customer.
