I was interested in a 2017 Chevy Colorado. I emailed and no response so I did a live chat. The operater could not answer an questions so she passed me along to Eddie Pereira. He emailed, called and texted me. He told me he would contact me back with the info and I never heard from him again.
A week later I emailed the dealership again and said "I'm trying to buy a new truck and spend thousands of dollars with you please help!" Right away I get a call and text. The guy texting me never identified himself but I told him what I wanted. He wrote back "give me a few..." I never heard back.
Guess what Tropical I went to Bomnin Chevy in West Kendall and I walked out with a 2017 Colorado LT fully loaded!!!!!
Talk about complete incompetence at Tropical. So just to confirm I did all research and literally begged someone to assist me so I could spend thousands of dollars and Tropical could care less. No wonder Bomnin is destroying you in sales, Great job!!!
