While at the hospital near end of 2011, I was threatened and abused by doctors, other medical personnel and others. These threats included firearms which were held in a threatening manner while they stared at me within their illegal and unlawful court. Other threats were verbalized such as beatings etc outside of this unlawful and illegal court. I was and am unarmed, and I was and am well behaved. This was recorded on film with audio.
Note: Courts are supposed to be free of arms. I was never asked if I needed lawyer counsel or representation, and they illegally and unlawfully waived my right to a jury. I was also coerced by the doctor and intern, supposingly helping me, to lie, but I did not.
These doctors were conspiring againt me with two FBI employees and others who are suspected of murdering with their felon informant, alias Alvarez, to have me kidnapped, stalked, murdered etc.
An article of Alvarez murdering his wife and daughter etc. He may still be a fugitive of a double murder, and was and may still be a felon informant. He was also harbored as a fugitive by the FBI, and has ties to organized crime. He has also impersonated peace officers.
This plot against me and others also includes my brother, his female accomplice, my father who has been dishonorably discharged from the U.S. military twice(Dishonorable discharge from the Marine Corps due to court martial for mostly violence, and a Dishonorable discharge due to desertion from the Army for which he was convicted and imprisoned for over one year) etc.
Both my father, Joseph Sebastian Pereira, and brother, Joseph Anthony Pereira have ties to organized crime, and both are using the AKA Jose Pereira(This alias appears on some of the criminal reporting websites). All of these people have been convicted of felony crimes. My father's discharge has obviously been altered with white-out to fraudulently obtain decades worth of VA benefits.
I am the only United States of America veteran in my family.
I have also been stalked, etc. by felons from the San Diego police department and others who made serious threats of violence and worse against me.
These people should all be arrested for numerous felony crimes against the people of the United States of America, and their prints thoroughly checked by unconditional citizens of the USA. They should be thought of as extremely dangerous, and as impersonators because of their felony convictions and the power they have. They may also be using other aliases to commit felony crimes.
Elements of the FBI, NSA, Postal Inspection Service, etc. have been committing crimes such as murder, robbery, gang conspiring to commit prostitution of minors, drug trafficking, sale, torture etc. These gang conspiracies have been plotted at the local, State, Federal, Private Business Level etc.
These elements have also been committing telecommunication crimes, internet crimes, etc. by altering etc. my comments, etc. and accounts. And to gang conspire.
These elements have felon plants, at the local, State, Federal and private level. All are considered impersonators due to their felon convictions. All are extremely dangerous the people of USA.
This happened during one of the times I had almost no money and no income. I was homeless with no place to live, because of the etc. conspiracy etc. crimes committed against me including conspiracy to commit robbery, consipacy to commit murder etc.
San Diego police impersonators because of their felon backgrounds, stalked, aggravated assaulted, etc. conspired with other felons who were burglarizing, extorting etc. Albertsons with felon employees and other felons.
I also smelled drugs such as methamphetamines, crack and alcohol, etc. on their breath.
Further, these elements and individuals, etc. attempted and continue to conspire against me by illegally inserting an a address of 280 8th Ave on my credit report in an attempt to falsely implicate me in crimes they committed while in and communication with each other in and to New York city, Manhattan. I have never lived at this address, and this address is not mine.
