Delibertaly went at an off-time (4pm) and still there was a queue, albeit short. Then another queue inside at the cutter's section. The process is a little confusing but you soon grab hold of what is going on by chatting to fellow patrons who are waiting with you! Expensive yes, but the food is tremendous and lots of choices. Cutter gave us a sample whislt we waited. Obviously they are doing something right to be so busy all the time!
