The technicians and managers are rude, talk down to you, and they do not stand behind their work. I had to argue with the manager for 20 minutes to return and give us a break on a repair they caused. They would not repair properly, so used Leak Stop instead. We still paid for it. Three visits were required to correct a problem that could and should have been identified at the beginning. Each visit resulted in additional charges. They will not be welcomed back. It was always a case of "not our fault, it's yours, here's your bill."
