My best friend and I have been at the Bridal Gallery a few times over the past few months and we have had the pleasure of working with Deanna. She is an incredibly knowledgeable, professional and kind salesperson that helped both of us find our amazing wedding gowns.

First, Deanna asked questions to get a comprehensive understanding of the style, vibe and feeling that we wanted in our dresses and at our wedding. She explained the differences between styles, the elements to notice and the important things to keep in mind when we were trying on dresses. For example, she explained the different ways the dresses could be altered (ie. changing the straps to various ways to bustle the train), how the different lining colour options influenced the motifs of the dress and how the fabric would move and breathe (key info for me as someone who will be dancing and moving around all day!).

As a tomboy at heart, I was worried I wouldn t find a dress that I would feel at ease in. However, with Deanna s empathetic listening ear, patience, positive attitude and calm demeanour she helped me to narrow down my search to find a dress I felt comfortable, confident and beautiful in and that fit within my budget.

The Bridal Gallery had health and safety protocols in place for covid making us feel safe and cared for yet still kept it as a special experience.

Overall, Deanna made trying on wedding dresses a comfortable, fun, positive and accessible experience. We are so grateful to her and the Bridal Gallery Team and can t wait for our special days!
