I shared my "luxury" apartment in Collierville with mice and black mold. Neither issue was sufficiently addressed.

Edit to add response: feel free to shoot me an email, I will forward my communications with your office staff, pictures, and videos of the pest control people walking in my apartment & walking right out numerous times without spraying that I shared with your staff.
