ER nurse communication skills were poor, gave wrong medication and when my mother was not speaking and I was speaking for nurse supervisor came in to help but nurse came back in with attitude when asked to speak supervisor get another nurse she said we couldn't and told her a patient there are choices she called security. Security tells me to go home play nurse and get off his property thank God Baylor and if she infact had ABG abnormal they put no O2 and that God she didn't have blood clot like they implied because treatment from staff last night was bad and unprofessional No AMA papers signed and blessed she got better treatment and service across street
