My Garage door spring (Wayne Dalton) had broke last week.. Not knowing the same, I tried to keep closing the garage.. lesson learnt.. Finally the Genie 2024 failed..

Matt came over as per the scheduled appointment time, checked the system and gave me a quote for replacing the springs and the opener, and explained the pros and cons of going with a particular opener/spring vs another.. Gave me a follow up appointment for the installation within 2 days. Again came on time for the second appointment and installed the opener and the torsion springs within 2 hours and also explained all the details and what needs to be done to take care of the same as to routing maintenance of the springs..

Overall a smooth going all along the process..Great job...
