I went for the first time a few weeks ago and was blown away by the exhibits. The space is huge and divided into different domains of exploration. We took my 3 year-old nephew who had a great time, but I was a little disappointed that the tactile area for younger kids was only available for an additional fee. From the website, there is no mention of needing to pay extra to enter this area. The exploratorium is better suited for kids 8 and up who can read and understand cause and effect. We knew there would be limited exhibits for toddlers, which is why it was such a disappointment that the general admission didn't include the tactile area.
