Do NOT use Google Nest - lied to me. Short version - I inquired about adding a camera recording subscription to a new camera at a different structure than my other cameras with subscriptions. I was repeatedly assured that this would be possible if I migrated my Nest cameras to Google. After I migrated my old nest cameras and paid more money for the existing recording subscription I already had, I was told I now needed to buy a new subscription for the new camera I originally called about. To top it off, I was told that the loss of my old, less expensive subscription was permanent and so was the migration. Flat out LIED to me. Below is just part of the "chat"
