I planned ahead and did my research when I made my decision to go to Paramount Kia of Hickory. I also called ahead and spoke with Sandra Billips, she was very kind and knowledgeable. She made sure that when I got there someone would be waiting. Everyone was very helpful, respectful, and worked hard to get me the best deal. Jason Auman was very hard working man. Indeed, waiting for me when I pulled in the lot, even on crutches nothing stopped him from making sure myself and my husband were comfortable and happy.
