Highly recommend this dealership. My husband is not a fun of the car buying process and with a specific car in mind, we called multiple Toyota dealerships in NC. At the verge of giving up, we called Toyota of Sanford and we are so glad we did.
We are so thankful to Brian for turning what was a very frustrating process into a smooth, fast, and seamless process. Although he did not have exactly what we were looking for, he took it upon himself to locate it, and had it at his dealership when he said he would.
There was no going back and forth like all of the other dealerships we had previously called and we received the best deal.
David our sales person was great. He was very patient and thorough.
Michael in finance was thorough, straightforward and efficient.
Knowing how particular we are, and being big on customer service, I can say that our experience was outstandingly amazing.
The experience was so great that driving 2+ hours and bypassing all the other Toyota dealerships close to us was not a big deal. Next time we want another Toyota, we know exactly who to call. Happy customers.
