I have been dealing with this company since April ...

I have been dealing with this company since April 27th to get repairs completed due to a one of their construction trucks throwing a large rock at my vehicle and damaging the hood. It took over 2 weeks to hear back from anyone and their Safety Manager Ted, kept giving excuses that he would get to it and kept asking personal questions in an effort to not have to pay for the damage. On Friday May 29 finally got the email that the repair would be paid for at the body shop that gave the lowest estimate which I am fine with but I requested that they pay for a rental vehicle while its being repaired as the shop told me it would take 2 days. I called the talked to Kurt, Ted's boss who was a least bit concerned about my safety from the incident and didn't apologize for the damage caused. I asked him about the rental and he told me I would need to get an estimate and they would decide. Everything with this company is about you doing all the leg work to get repairs fixed when you are the victim. Ted the safety manager was rude to me every time I talked to him on the phone and seemed to not care what happened. Customer service is not this companies strong suit and they dont care about who they victimize. The damage is significant and costing about 900 dollars to repair. This would not have happened if their trucks were tarpped. I have been patient but there genuine safety and concern does not matter. If you ever experience a run with this company I wish you luck!
