We purchased our vehicle almost two years ago and had a very pleasant experience. However, I wish I would have never bought the warranty. It s about impossible to get an oil change within a reasonable time frame. The last three times they have changed their policies. First, it was you needed an appointment for oil change, and then the next time it was first come first serve. Now today they have gone back to appointments only. And I was basically told sorry, you can wait two hours if you would like your oil change. The worst customer service I ve ever experienced from a dealership.
