Definitely want to give Baystate 5-stars. Bought a vehicle here in June, and it s been as good, if not better than advertised. Buying and financing a vehicle is an intimidating process, but the staff at Baystate does not make it feel that way.

Tom Kent, the salesman I worked with was great. Tom was easy to work with and absolutely went the extra mile in making the process as painless for me as possible. Great communication from him, from him and the financier (I forget her name unfortunately, but she was great too) getting the paperwork done accurately, to Baystate dealing with the registry in a timely fashion, to my car being ready to pick up. Tom was great during the sales process and has called me multiple times to check in to make sure everything is still good, to even sending me an email today, 4 months later, to wish me a happy birthday lol.

Other than the impressive and professional sales team, I was also surprised by the auto-service center they have at the dealership, Quick Lane. I brought the vehicle in there 2 weeks ago for its first oil change. I was not expecting it when I brought it in, but they told me the first oil change was on them and they rotated the tires, and did a detailed report on the functionality of the car, I was in and out in less than an hour without an appointment.

Next time I need a new car, or if someone tells me they are looking for a new car I am definitely recommending Baystate Ford to them.
