Went to pick up a battery for my skidoo curbside which was great. Knocked on the door as they told me and no-one came. Knocked harder because I thought they may have been in the back. A guy came to the door and took a strip off me. I phoned to explain that I was just knocking harder because I didn't think they heard. The guy in the end was less than sympathetic and in the end hung up on me. He was the manager!
