Luxury hotel with great amenities and facilities. Good location near an LRT station that takes 3 stops to KL Sentral.
Unexpected: (1) returning to my room after dinner the key didn't work, I went to the reception and was given another 2 keys but they didn't work neither, changed again ... going up and down 3 times and was repeatedly given keys that could not open the door! ..... then the engineering department sent someone to fix the lock and he called reception that I would come down to get the new keys.... WHAT!!! when I got to the reception they said my keys were being sent to my room !!!!!
(2) ordered a drink and fried noodle by the pool, the drink came in good time but the noodle seemed disappeared after long, I checked with the staff and the cashier girl said LOUDLY that it would usually take 40 minutes, and they're BUSY.... I just hope that I would have been told it'd take 40 mins, and .... she could be less timid and rude.
After all the hotel is great and my stay was pleasant.
