I have never experienced a more seamless car buying experience. Working with Scott Yamasaki is as good as it gets. I e-mailed him to make sure the car I wanted was in stock, followed up with a call to make an offer, and 10 minutes later we had a deal. I live in northern Virginia, so Scott was appointed my "agent" to make sure the car was safely transported back east. At every step of the process he was responsive and professional -- right down to making sure the cover on my car's glove compartment "packet" wasn't damaged by the dealership's sticker. The car arrived in perfect condition, and Scott helped make what could have been a complicated transaction quite simple. If only all car dealerships were so straightforward and professional...
