I have been renting from Enterprise for business purposes continuously since the first of January 2016, first in Birmingham and then at Raleigh. Your staff has been very professional in both locations. Shortly after I received my latest vehicle from RDU, a Dodge Challenger, the need Oil Change message appeared. I understand that Enterprise has a contract with Firestone nationally and I ll find a way to get it taken care of; however, not to belabor the issue, but this is the third time this year that I ve had to do this, i.e., personally take it upon myself to take care of auto maintenance. As far as payment, no issues, Firestone takes care of the necessary paperwork and so forth, but I would think that a company as large as Enterprise could tell when a vehicle is coming up to an oil change (or other maintenance) before they let the car. Just a thought!
