We went to this place to get deep dish pizza since we are from out of town and wanted to experience true deep dish Chicago pizza. We won. The pizza takes around 45 minutes to cook so be prepared to wait. We didn't mind waiting as it was snowing and raining outside. The servers are very nice. We ordered some hot chocolate which was probably made with powder but was good enough to warm us up from the cold. We ordered the classic deep dish. Where the pizza came out and looked like a pie. It was so big! One of our friends lives in Chicago so he was able to cut the pizza the right way but if you have never cut a deep dish pizza you should probably ask the server to help. It was so beautiful as the slice of pizza was removed and you can see the melting cheese trash from the tray to your plate. I was so hungry that I was sure I could eat around three slices, but one slice was so thick that was already full. I thought that the deep dish pizza was pretty satisfying, but I wish we ordered a different type of pizza instead of the classic since it was just bell peppers sausage pepperoni and olives, but I'm a Hawaiian pizza type of girl. Overall I enjoyed losing my deep dish virginity to this place and it was great to hide from the storm.
