It appears that nike has gone all out with this store. Located right in the middle of oxford street it appeals to any nike lover. However majority of the store seems to be based on football which nearly took up 2 whole floors! When I eventually found what I was looking for the service was of poor quality as I noticed several staff members just standing around talking. Once I got what I needed I had to go down 2 floors just to find a checkout to pay for it! Nike needs to spend more time focussing on their consumers and not just cramming as much stuff into a small space to maximise profits.
