So sad bought a used 2016 Smart car with 26K, had an unsafe tire replaced near my home 2 days after buying. Spoke to the alleged sales manager (what a joke) emailed the invoice and only wanted my $230 back. Nothing haven t heard from anyone. Next call cooperate AutoNation. I don t even care about the money now it s a principle issue. Don t waste your time with these jokers. Thanks for reading and remember don t stop here keep on going. Dennis Maxwell.....

Fast forward a few days: I received a complete apology from the dealership as my issue slipped through the cracks and the upper management was assured I was handled. My issue has been resolved and I appreciate it. It was never the money just a principal that customer service/communication is very important to a successful business.
