I contacted Jennifer at our HOA to alert that I'd been experiencing excessive noise from my new neighbors, who are Tenants. After having no resolution trying to handle this on my own, I then contacted her to explain the situation. She was kind, sympathetic and willing to go the distance for me. I'm happy to say, I believe her quick response to the situation and willingness to get a hold of the Landlord...that day...it worked. Thank you, Jennifer.
