Terrible appraisal company set out to blow up fair market deals. This company chooses lowest priced homes in the area they can find and completely ignores several higher priced homes that match criteria within a half a mile of subject. Made no upward adjustments on several very apparent key items in home comparisons. Home owner had an appraisal done last year that came much higher then this companies and the market has gone up since. Zillow, CMA reports, and many other reputable companies also have home valued much higher. Home had several interested buyers, great reaction from public as it was #1 viewed listing on Zillow. Seller is now being forced to sell for way below fair market value on a home that is in excellent condition and that the seller put tens of thousands of dollars into upgrades.Terrible judgement used by this appraisal company hope no one else ever has to deal with them.
