What a joke...

Waited in the showroom for 10-15 minutes for a salesman (to get detailed financial info on a bike), no dice.

Waited another 15 minutes on the phone (the next day) for the same info... No answer from the sales dept...

I regretted buying my last bike from them (& vowed never to return)... I see things haven't changed a bit.
