Staff is NOT very friendly, they are more concerned with the Hilton brand, that's obvious. They would have you believe this place has good views, but you're lucky if you get that, views of the bay are reserved for their special clients, again that's obvious. You may get the view of the parking lot where they charge a fee each day per car. Don't expect shuttle service, there isn't one, I found that out too late. It was shown on their website as an amenity when I made a reservation, but has since been taken down. Need to get around? Call a cab. There is nothing for kids to do here, even though they portray "family friendly". There is a restaurant, and of course a bar. There is a fitness room, one small hot tub, a laundry room with ONE washer and ONE dryer. No laundry soap available even though a sign says it is available at the pantry, it isn't. Rooms are contemporary, and advertised as having a kitchen (a small microwave, small fridge, and coffee maker with 4 brands of coffee, 1 cup of each) And of course the $50 per day security deposit to cover amenities which are of course lacking.
I know a bit about hotels from working for many years in security at a resort hotel which included 5 buildings, 2 golf courses, and a yacht club.
