1st phone call and spoke with receptionist (Tangy)...

1st phone call and spoke with receptionist (Tangy) and she showed horrible customer services. To the point where i addressed it and she justified it by saying she talking this way so i can hear her. Clear attitude and I was happy to get off the phone with her!
