This is the Sales Manager at Taylor Kia of Lima " Doug Stork " I was the person that talked to Carrie and I told her what to do 3-4 times and she had 2-3 of her friends call and be very nasty and rude to me. I talked with our Attorney and was told to tell them she had to go through her Insurance Company to get a loaner car and then their insurance company would segregate with our insurance company to follow the claims process. Carrie wanted us to give her a loaner off of our lot and we could NOT do that . I went outta my way to call her local Enterprise where she resided to set up a loaner car for her... apparently that was NOT good enough all she had to do was to take her Driver License in with a piece of mail and her Debit Card as she did NOT have a Credit Card .
