We purchased a new couch and recliner in September...

We purchased a new couch and recliner in September. While the customer service was good and the salesman was helpful we recently encountered a huge problem with our recliner. The fabric has started to pill and come off the chair. When my wife contacted the store their customer service department tried to convince her that, "all fabrics do that" and "You need to buy a fabric shaver" to solve the problem. Our previous couch and chair lasted 10 years, 2 moves, and 4 pets without this problem. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE! They charge a premium price for cheap goods.
