How do you really rate an iconic bridge? Not easily, but there are so many angles to experience it. Under it at the Presidio or Fort Point? On it by car, bus, trolley, bike or on foot? From hundreds of vantage point on land or water? With or without fog? Over the many visits to the Bay I have done all, and each one causes you to ponder this magnificent engineering marvel. So yes, to me it rates a solid 5-star rating.
