Not the obvious service that I expect from a 5 star hotel. Upon check-in offered that Volkskrant and Parool be delivered in the morning, Telegraaf received. Bartender Bart can't make a Pina Colada because hotel doesn't use cocos, something about waste. vague story. Ladies at breakfast high in energy, lots of loud talking and assumptions that don't make sense, Mini-Bar not supplemented after 1 night. All small things but just not the obvious quality service that characterizes a really good 5 star hotel. Slightly learned service, sometimes going wrong.
