i wrote a good review when i purchased a 2016 car 5/15/2020. Now i know why they want a review so fast. By 5/20 the emissions light went on and I was told to take it in to service at 8am on 5/21 and they would look at it right away. By 10:00 am they said it needed a part that had to be ordered. Keep in mind I was told when i purchased it that everything had been gone over by maintenance dept. I had explained to Alan, Salesperson, that I needed a reliable car and NOT ONE THAT SPENT TIME IN SVC LIKE MY 2009 JEEP W/98,000 MILES. Service said the part would be in on friday & i could pick up car friday or saturday. i called friday, no return call. called saturday, no return call. called back and the part SHOULD be in today and they MIGHT be able to get it installed which is why they gave me a loaner prius. I explained that i didnt buy a car last week to drive a loaner car for 4 or 5 days because i am now told their service dept is understaffed and i have to understand. So, i need to change my review that they sell you a car they say is in great running condition & that their service dept is top of line and quick. BUY SOMETHING ELSE SOMEWHERE ELSE
