Avoid tappers. The service person we delt with was not competent. 20 minutes wasted while she tried to find us in their system. We've bought 2 watches there previously. The manager who followed up on our poor service was arrogant, and lacked any service skills. There was never an apology for our experience. We will not do business with tappers ever again.
