Having used Tefal electric irons for the last twenty years, I decided to buy Bosch electric iron one more than a year ago as I was informed Bosch products are well made. It has been disappointing, within a few weeks, the top cover for water container became loose and will not close and kept flipping up when you iron. Last few days have been very scary for us, there are things burning inside the iron and the whole house smelled of burnt plastic.Calling the Service Center this morning was as disappointing as the electrical iron. The Service Center was unable to assist and was informed the technical support is a different center and they are unable to connect. I have to bring my electrical iron to the technical staff before they are able to talk to me.It would be good to have some feedback and cause for the failing electrical iron before we bring down.

It has been a bad experience buying Bosch product and the support staff.
