Stephanie was really friendly and professional. She gave me a fantastic amount of information to work with when I was making a scary, important decision about my health insurance. Even though one of my options was going to get her paid and the other was not, she recommended the option that did not benefit her because it was the lowest out of pocket cost for me.

In comparison, during the same time span, another insurance broker I had called but hadn t heard back from finally got in touch. THAT broker stated that I only had one option, and that happened to be the one that brokers get a commission from. When I asked about the other plan that Stephanie had mentioned, the one that she recommended for me, he admitted that I could indeed get that one. I got off the phone with that guy. I take my health seriously.
