I visited Brown's Mazda in Fairfax and recently purchased a 2012 Ford Focus. The entire experience had been a pleasure and quite easy. The staff was polite, respectful, and knowledgeable regarding their vehicles. Rick provided excellent customer service and insight regarding the vehicle (being that he received the trade in from the previous owner). Rick called and texted to provide information regarding the vehicle, while also not imploring high pressure tactics to sell the vehicle. So I returned to the dealership on 7/4 with the intention on negotiating a reasonable price for the vehicle (after doing research and viewing other vehicles area). Rick and Richtie were able to make a reasonable offer that I could not refuse. I agree to the purchase after doing so, I was informed there was only one key to the vehicle. This did not stop their staff from offering me assistance acquiring an additional key offering me options to obtain an additional key. I truly feel positive about this purchase. Thank you Rick, Ritchie, Derik, Chanda ! Great work I will definitely consider my next purchase from Brown s Mazda.
