I accidentally went to the wrong tech company trying to find someone to repair my samsung galaxy note 2..I told them I was looking for Mr. Jimmy, and they proceeded to laugh and warn me about the "man that works out of his shed". After gossiping to me,a client, they overpriced what I needed and stated it would be days until the part would arrive. I found this HIGHLY unprofessional..I then found that little shed and Mr. Jimmy, who gave me the best customer service. He had the part, fixed my phone on the spot, came out to meet and talk to me, and actually charged me less than originally quoted over the phone. He also gave me advice on other cellular plans that may work better for my needs. So before you go to the "over priced office in the square" take a second look because the "man in the lil shed" proves that hometown small business' provide much greater customer service. Thank you Mr. Jimmy and staff!!
