Front desk staff #excellent, #property.....needs a $40 million makeover. Dark, dreary, outdated, ...bathroom, greesy handprints all on tub surround,.clean for the most part. Asked for a roll away the staff member forgot the pillow and we asked him before he left, and he told my son, next time Gimmie a tip! Came back with the pillow and was tipped $5 bucks...RUDE!!!!!
So glad I used points and didn't have to pay! As a spire elite member I dont refer this property.
