Hey yu guys I missed yu all that yu kept it real far as been retricted on how yu rent to ppl because the cosigning was a dam good idea because yu didn't rent to anybody and was very careful with that I hated that yu sold this building because it was peacful here and didn't have a lot of ppl staying to be honest u hated that yu all left the only thing I had a problem with the roaches was pretty bad at that time and the maintenence was some wasn't the best but the restriction part yu all where good on that.this from 3858 Bamberger.
