The employees aren't able to deliver answers to particular issues such as: "Why someone who has bought an all access ticket has to pay extra ticket in order to enter the Jardins area?".
This happened on 26th of July 2019 to my group of 12: 6 adults and 6 children". They refused the refunding procedure, as it should have happened.
