I was recommended to use Thompson Wright by my brother-in-law who has used them for years. I have found them to be very customer focussed, very responsive in communications even when they can't deal with my E mail queries immediately. I have also found them able to answer all the questions I have raised when discussing my accounts, and they give me total confidence.
