Very disappointed in Baystate Ford s customer ser...

Very disappointed in Baystate Ford s customer service . Bought a 2017 Ford Escape from here last year and I ve had nothing but problems with my vehicle. However, every time I take it in, service will tell me there s nothing wrong and that my car is working just fine . I made an appointment for today, went in and service told me they were booked up until Friday. So now I have to wait another week until I can get in there. The front desk staff talks to you like you re stupid and doesn t seem to care about anyone who brings their vehicle in. My vehicle was purchased from Baystate Ford, so you would think when I bring it in, the staff would care or make an effort to provide quality service or find solutions. I m not one to leave reviews online, but I am highly disappointed in this place. My next vehicle WILL NOT be purchased here.
